DISMANTLING AND PACKING
The dismantling of precision heavy machine tools starts with all alignment checks (optional), match marking machines and photographic records are also presented to the client. In addition, we also determine and propose how the site has to be isolated and left after the project is completed.

Consideration is given to the type of transport required during the planning process; the machines are dismantled to a minimum size to reduce handling, loading and re-assembly costs. All bright parts are treated with anti-rust products for machinery to be exported.

Part of our service includes export packing which is provided during the project period. Machinery, equipment and associated utilities are visually inspected during the dismantling stage and any obvious faults or short falls are reported directly to the client.

Types of packing include:

NORMAL PACKING
Pack with stretch films and fully enclose with wooden case.
Enhance the vapor absorption using silica gels.

VACUUM PACKING
Pack with bubble pack and stretch film.
Enhance packing with extra protection layer using aluminum foil.
Pack together with vaporization materials to reduce humidity.

SHOCK RESISTANCE PACKING
Pack in crate that builds with a fully cushion padded pallet.
Extra PE foam will be padded surrounding the package.
Extra indicator for rough handling or vibration will be placed at two corners of the pack case.
